Lizard Pose
Legs
From a low lunge, lower your back knee to the floor and slide it back as far as you can go. Your front knee stacks over your ankle. Place your hands inside your front foot, palms down or forearms on the ground, and sink your hips down and forward. Your chest stays upright. You feel a strong stretch through your front hip, groin, and inner thigh. If your hands don't reach the floor, rest them on a block on each side. If your back knee is irritated on the floor, fold a towel under it. Breathe deeply and let the stretch deepen.
