Pike Push-Up
ShouldersChest
Start in a downward-dog position, hips lifted high so your body forms an inverted V, hands and feet closer together than a standard push-up. Bend your elbows to lower the top of your head toward the floor between your hands, keeping your hips high throughout rather than letting them drop toward a normal push-up position. Press back up through your palms to straighten your arms. The steep angle shifts the load off your chest and onto your shoulders, making this a stepping stone toward pressing your bodyweight overhead the way a handstand push-up does, without needing to balance upside down against a wall.
