Handstand Push-Up
ShouldersChest
Kick up into a handstand against a wall, hands shoulder-width apart and fingers spread for a stable base. Bend your elbows to lower your head toward the floor between your hands, keeping your body tight and stacked rather than letting your hips pike forward or your back arch. Press back up to full arm extension, driving through your palms the way you would overhead press a bar, except now your bodyweight is the load and gravity is pulling you toward the floor instead of away from it. Keep your neck neutral rather than craning to look forward, and control the descent rather than dropping into the bottom position.
