Single-Leg Bound

Legs

Drive off one leg and travel forward for distance rather than height, swinging the opposite knee up and through like an exaggerated running stride. Land on the same leg that took off, absorbing the impact through your hip and knee before immediately loading up for the next bound. This travels forward in a straight line rather than side to side, closer to a long jump broken into repeated strides than a hop in place. Keep your chest up through the landing instead of folding forward to catch your balance, and give each bound its own full stick before moving into the next.
