Kettlebell Goblet Squat

Legs

Held right, the bell should feel like it's actually helping you sit deeper and stay upright, using its weight as a counterbalance instead of just adding load. Cup the horns of the kettlebell close to your chest with both hands, elbows pointing down. Squat down between your knees, letting your elbows brush the inside of your thighs near the bottom — that light contact works as a built-in depth check. Keep your chest tall and your heels planted, then drive back up. This is usually the easiest squat variation to learn good depth and posture on before loading a bar.
