Walking Lunge
LegsCore
Step forward into a lunge, both knees bending toward ninety degrees, front knee tracking over your foot rather than caving in, back knee dropping toward the floor without touching it. Your torso stays upright over your hips instead of leaning forward. Instead of stepping back, push off your front foot and bring your back leg through into the next lunge, continuing forward one step at a time. Keep the dumbbells at your sides rather than swinging them for momentum — the balance challenge of moving forward is the point, and rushing the transition is where people lose it.
