Weighted Deficit Push-Up
ChestShouldersArms
Hands go up on blocks or handles instead of the floor, which lets your chest drop below the level of your hands. That extra depth is the entire point -- a normal push-up stops your chest at your hands, this one keeps going. Lower until you feel a real stretch across your chest and the front of your shoulders, without letting your elbows flare wide to fake extra range. Press back up to the same starting height each rep. Keep your core braced throughout; the added weight and the longer path both make it easier for your hips to sag partway down.
