EXERCISE · KETTLEBELL
Weighted Cossack Squat
LegsCore
Take a wide stance, feet turned out slightly, holding a kettlebell at your chest. Shift your weight all the way over to one leg, bending that knee deeply and sitting your hips back and down, while your other leg stays straight with its foot flat or the heel lifted slightly off the ground. Keep your chest up and your working knee tracking over your toes as you sink down that side. Push back up to center through the bent leg, then shift over to the other side for the next rep. Only one leg is doing the squatting at a time here — the straight leg is stretching, not working, so don't rush the shift between sides.
