Single-Leg Press
LegsCore
Set up on the leg press with just one foot on the platform, centered rather than off to one side, and let the other leg rest out of the way. Lower the sled under control until your knee reaches roughly a right angle, then press back up through your heel without letting your knee cave inward or your hips twist off the seat. With only one leg taking the full load, your hips and core have to work harder just to keep you square on the seat -- any rotation there usually means the weight is too heavy for your current control on that side. Complete all your reps on one leg before switching, and expect a real strength difference between your two sides.
