Weighted Decline Push-Up

Chest

Feet go up on a bench or box behind you, hands stay on the floor. That incline shifts more of your bodyweight onto your hands and steepens the pressing angle through your shoulders. Walk your hands out enough that your body forms a straight diagonal line from ankles to head -- too close to the bench and your hips will pike. Lower your chest toward the floor between your hands, elbows at a moderate angle, then press back up without letting your hips sag or rise ahead of your shoulders. The added weight makes that line harder to hold, so brace your core before you lower, not partway down.
