Kettlebell Bottoms Up Press
ShouldersChest
Your grip decides this press long before your shoulder does — hold the kettlebell upside down by the handle, bottom pointing at the ceiling, and if your hand or forearm relaxes even for a moment, it tips. Brace the grip hard before you press, then move slowly overhead, keeping your wrist stacked directly under the bell rather than letting it lean forward or back. Most people can only load this light, and that's the point: it trains shoulder and grip control, not raw strength.
