Weighted Handstand Push-Up
ShouldersChest
This is a vertical press, not a floor push-up -- you're upside down against a wall, pressing your body up rather than pushing yourself off the ground. Set your hands roughly shoulder-width, fingers spread, and walk your feet up the wall until your body is close to a straight vertical line. Lower your head toward the floor by bending your elbows, keeping them tracking forward rather than flaring wide, then press back up to full arm extension. Keep your core and glutes tight throughout; any sag at the hips turns this into a shoulder-only movement, and the added weight will expose that sag fast if your midsection isn't locked in.
