Machine Fly
Chest
Where a cable fly makes you manage the resistance path yourself, this one hands you a fixed arc — sit back, grab the handles at chest height, and your elbows already know where to go. That makes it the easiest of the fly variations for actually feeling your chest work, without worrying about pulley angle or staying stable. Bring your hands together in a smooth arc in front of your chest, elbows softly bent throughout, and squeeze where they meet. Let the arc reverse with control back to a stretch across your chest — don't let the weight stack slam down between reps.
