EXERCISE · BOX
Step Up (Weighted)
LegsCore
Plant your whole foot on the box, not just your toes, and drive through that heel to stand up rather than pushing off your trailing leg. The back foot should barely graze the ground on the way up — it's there for balance, not for helping you rise. At the top, finish tall with your hip fully open before you reverse the movement, lowering under control instead of dropping off the box. Keep the working knee tracking over your foot rather than caving inward as you press up, and pick a box height you can manage without rocking your torso forward to find momentum.
