Weighted Inverted Row

BackArms

Set a bar at around hip to waist height in a rack, and lie underneath it with your body straight from heels to shoulders, gripping the bar slightly wider than shoulder-width, heels on the floor. Add load with a dip belt or a plate resting across your hips before you start. Pull your chest up to the bar, keeping your body rigid as a plank the whole way rather than letting your hips sag or pike up. The extra weight means holding that straight line takes real core effort on top of the pull; if your hips drop, the load is winning against your midsection, not just your back.
