Wide-Grip Inverted Row
Set a bar around waist height in a rack, or use a suspended bar station. Lie underneath it, grip wide with palms facing your feet, and let your body hang in a straight line from shoulders to heels. Brace your core and squeeze your glutes so your hips don't sag — a wide grip shortens your range and shifts more work onto your rear shoulders and upper back, so keep your elbows flaring out and back rather than tucked to your sides. Pull your chest toward the bar, driving your elbows out wide, and pause when your chest nearly touches it. Lower under control until your arms are straight. The steeper your body angle to the floor, the harder the pull; walk your feet forward to make it easier, or elevate them on a bench to add difficulty.
