Weighted Wide-Grip Inverted Row
Back
Loading a belt turns this from a bodyweight row into a genuine strength movement — once the plain wide-grip version stops being hard, this is how you keep progressing without changing the angle. Hang the weight from your hips before you get under the bar, then set up the same way: body straight from shoulders to heels, wide grip, palms toward your feet. Pull your chest to the bar, elbows driving out wide rather than back, and keep your hips locked so the extra load doesn't pull them toward the floor. The added weight makes hip sag the first thing to break down, so brace your core hard before every rep and stop the set once your line starts to bend.
