EXERCISE · WEIGHTED BELT
Weighted Ring Row
Rings hang loose instead of staying fixed like a bar, so they rotate and drift as you pull — your shoulders and forearms have to fight to keep them steady through the whole rep, on top of the extra load hanging from your belt. Set the rings at roughly waist height, walk your feet out until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to heels, and let the weight settle before you start pulling. Row your chest up toward the rings, turning your palms to face each other as they travel, and let your elbows trail slightly out from your body. Squeeze at the top, then lower with control until your arms are fully straight and the rings stop drifting. The added weight means the instability matters even more — resist the urge to rush and let the rings swing.
