One-Arm Push-Up
Chest
Set up on one hand, placed roughly under the center of your chest, with your feet spread wide for a stable base and your free hand tucked behind your lower back. Lower under control, letting your torso rotate slightly toward your working side rather than fighting to stay perfectly square; a small twist is normal and helps you keep your balance. Press back up through the working hand, keeping your core braced hard against the rotation trying to pull you off balance. Your feet being wide apart gives you a tripod of support, so you can narrow your stance as you get more comfortable to make the balance demand closer to a true one-arm push-up.
