TRX Push-Up
Chest
Most people don't walk their feet out far enough toward the anchor, which makes the movement easier than it should be. The farther your feet go toward the anchor point, the more load ends up on your chest and core. Start with your feet closer to you if you need to, but understand that having your feet nearly at the anchor is where this movement earns its real difficulty. Keep your body in a straight line from head to heels, elbows tucked, and lower until your chest nears the handles.
