Weighted Archer Push-Up
Chest
Hands go wider than a normal push-up, well outside your shoulders. As you lower, shift your weight toward one hand, letting that elbow bend deeply while the other arm stays mostly straight and slides out to the side, barely loaded. Push back to center, then shift toward the other side on the next rep. The straight arm's job is just to stay long and out of the way, not to help -- resist the urge to push through it. Added weight makes the working arm's press noticeably harder, so keep your hips and shoulders square instead of twisting toward the bent side.
