Weighted Close-Grip Push-Up
Arms
Bring your hands in until they're roughly under your chest, closer than shoulder-width, elbows tracking back along your ribs instead of flaring out. That narrow hand position shifts the load toward your triceps and off your chest. Lower slowly, keeping your elbows brushing your sides, then press back up without letting them drift wide at any point -- flaring is the easiest way to lose the triceps emphasis this variation is built around. Keep your body in one straight line from shoulders to heels; a narrow grip makes it easier for your hips to sag if your core isn't braced.
