Archer Push-Up

Chest

Set up in a push-up position with your hands out wider than usual, roughly one and a half shoulder-widths apart. As you lower, shift your weight toward one hand, bending that elbow while the other arm stays mostly straight and drifts out to the side, so nearly all the load sits on the bending arm. Press back up through the working side, then shift your weight the other way on the next rep to load the opposite arm. It's a way to load one arm harder than a regular push-up without needing a one-arm push-up's balance, since the straight arm still gives you a base of support. Keep your hips level rather than letting them rotate toward the working side.
