Band Good Morning

Back

What separates a good set here from a wasted one is keeping the hinge coming from your hips, not your lower back rounding to reach the range. Stand on the band with both feet and loop it across the back of your shoulders, holding it in place with your hands. With a soft bend in your knees, push your hips straight back and let your torso fold forward until it's close to parallel with the floor, keeping your spine in one long line the whole way. You should feel your hamstrings stretching, not your lower back straining. Drive your hips forward to stand back up, squeezing your glutes at the top.
