Band Lateral Walk

Legs

Your knees are bent, hips pushed back like you're sitting into a quarter squat, feet hip-width or a little wider inside the band. Chest stays up, weight in your heels, and you hold that athletic stance for the whole set — this isn't a movement you reset between steps. Step sideways under tension, leading with one foot and following with the other without letting the band go slack or your feet drift together. Small, controlled steps beat big lunging ones; the band should stay taut in both directions, and your knees should track your toes, not cave in.
