EXERCISE · KETTLEBELL
Kettlebell Deadlift
Back
Before you pull, get your feet and the kettlebell lined up right: feet about hip-width apart, the bell centered between them, close enough that it's almost touching your shins. Hinge down by pushing your hips back, keeping your shins close to vertical, and grab the handle with your back flat and your chest up. Stand up by driving your hips forward and pushing the floor away through your feet, keeping the kettlebell tracking close to your body the whole way up. Lock out by squeezing your glutes at the top rather than leaning your torso back. Lower it back down the same path it came up, hinging your hips back before your knees bend.
