Band Squat

Legs

Before you drop into the first rep, check the anchor — stand on the band with feet shoulder-width apart, or loop it under a low, sturdy anchor point behind you, so it pulls tension into the bottom of the squat rather than the top. Sit your hips back and down like you're lowering into a chair, chest staying tall. Because the band stretches, resistance is lightest at the top and strongest at the bottom, so expect the last portion of the way down to fight you the hardest — push through that instead of bouncing out of it. Drive back up through your whole foot, and don't let your knees cave inward as the band pulls them together.
